This Refund Policy governs all transactions and service engagements with Purbanchal Creative Group of Organisation (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By availing our services, the Client (“you”) agrees to the terms outlined below.
 
1. Scope of Application
This Policy applies to all services provided by the Company, including but not limited to:

• Creative design and branding

• Website development

• Digital marketing and advertising

• Content creation

• Consultancy, training, and related professional services

These terms apply to all agreements confirmed through contracts, proposals, email confirmations, or digital acceptance.

2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Prior to Commencement of Work
If a cancellation request is submitted before work begins, the Company may issue a refund after deducting administrative or processing charges.
2.2 Company-Initiated Cancellation
If we are unable to initiate or continue a project due to internal factors, you will receive a full refund for undelivered services.
2.3 Non-Delivery of Agreed Scope
If we cannot deliver services as outlined in the agreed scope, a refund may be considered. The amount will depend on the portion of work completed and the nature of the non-delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted when:

• The Client has approved any milestone, draft, or deliverable.

• Meaningful progress has already been made on the project.

• Cancellation is requested due to change of mind, change in business strategy, or internal decision shifts.

• Delays or issues result from the Client’s actions (e.g., missing deadlines, incomplete inputs, or feedback delays).

• Third-party expenses have been incurred, such as software, hosting, licensing, printing, paid ads, or other external costs.

All completed or partially completed work is strictly non-refundable.

4. Partial Refunds and Deductions
If a refund is approved after work has begun:

• The amount will be calculated based on completed work relative to the agreed scope.

• A cancellation fee may be applied to cover administrative and resource allocation costs.

• Third-party expenditures made on the Client’s behalf will be deducted from the refundable amount.

The Company retains full discretion in determining the final refund amount.

5. Refund Request Procedure
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to: info@purbanchalcreative.com
The request must include:

• Client name and contact details

• Project or invoice reference

• Reason for the refund request

• Supporting evidence, if applicable

We will acknowledge receipt within 7 business days and provide a decision within 14 business days after receiving complete information.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

6. Dispute Resolution
If a disagreement arises regarding refund eligibility or service outcomes:

• Both parties will attempt to resolve the matter through direct and good-faith communication.

• If unresolved, the issue may be addressed through mediation or arbitration, as aligned with the governing agreement.

• The Company’s refund calculations will remain final unless revised through the formal dispute resolution process.

7. Amendments to This Policy
The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy without prior notice. Any revision becomes effective from the date it is published on our official website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

9. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or connected to this Policy, or any service engagement with the Company, shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guwahati, Assam, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
